We collect your personal Information with your knowledge and consent when you register to become a member of Kenya Democracy for Change, or when you register as a contestant.

The personal data listed below is generally required for membership registration and is hence what KDC collects from you.
- Identity data including name, sex, date of birth, National ID/Passport No, Disability status and NCPWD NO
- Contact information including phone number, email address, physical address and Box number
- Residential information including county, constituency, ward
- Other information including Ethnic Community, Religion, IP Address
4. Use of Personal Data
Kenya Democracy for Change generally uses your data for the purpose of party registration. KDC will also use your contact information to send you sms updates about the party which you can opt out at any time
5. Retention of Personal Data
Kenya Democracy for Change will continue keeping your data for as long as you are a member. KDC will permanently delete all your data when you deregister from our partly

Kenya Democracy for Change reserves all your data and only shares it with Office of the Registrar of Political Parties for the purpose of party registration/deregistration only. KDC does not share your data with any third party companies

You have rights under data protection laws and regulations in relation to your personal data. You have the right to lodge a complaint with us regarding these rights or contact the relevant supervisory authority that is tasked with personal data protection within the Republic of Kenya
